Quadco Administrative and Non-Profit Board members and officer s
The members of the Quadco Administrative and Non-Profit Boards reorganized at their meeting in January of 2009.
Officers were chosen for the year. Jean Lightle-Jackman (seated left)of Defiance was re-elected president and Tom Eggers (not shown)of Ridgeville Corners was returned as vice president. Nancy Owens (seated center) was elected as board secretary.

The members affirmed the board EEO and affirmative action policy, reviewed the mission statement, by-laws and the accessibility plan.
The board members decided to continue meeting on the fourth Tuesday of each month at noon in the conference room at Quadco’s Stryker building, excluding the month of December, when there will be no meeting.
