Quadco Administrative and Non-Profit Board members and officers

    Nancy Owens from Sherwood and Barb Heer from Stryker were welcomed as two new Quadco joint board members at the first regular board meeting of 2008. It is the first term of service on a Quadco board for Nancy Owens, who has a daughter being served at Quadco’s Defiance Center. Barb Heer has previously served for 9 years as a Quadco board member and for the past two years has been a member of the Williams County Board of MR/DD. She has a son who participates in the programs at Quadco.
     Jean Lightle-Jackman of Defiance (seated left) was re-elected president and Tom Eggers of Ridgeville Corners (seated center) was returned as vice president as the Quadco joint board members elected officers for the year. Nancy Owens (seated right) was elected as board secretary.

     The members affirmed the board EEO and affirmative action policy, reviewed the mission statement, by-laws and accessibility plan, making an addition to the plan of those to be notified of job openings at the center.
     The board members decided to continue meeting on the fourth Tuesday of each month at noon in the conference room at Quadco’s Stryker building, excluding the month of December, when there will be no meeting.

Tootie Bockleman joins the Quadco Board

     Tootie Bockleman from Napoleon joined the Quadco joint board recently. Members of the Quadco Administrative and Non-Profit Boards welcomed Ms. Bockleman to the joint board at the regular board meeting on March 25, 2008.
     Many people from Henry County know Ms. Bockleman through the Divine Inspirations Christian bookstore that she operates in downtown Napoleon.
