Quadco Rehabilitation Center, 427 North Defiance Street, is conveniently located on the north edge of Stryker, Ohio, on State Route 2. Look for the large blue sign in front of the building. If you are traveling from Northwest Products
Turn left onto Sauder Street
At the stop sign turn right onto Barre Road
Turn right at the stoplight onto US-66 (Defiance Street)
Turn left onto SR-2 at the first stoplight after crossing the railroad track
Continue on this road for about 7 miles
After going around a large curve to the left, you are at the north edge of Stryker
Quadco is on your right

If you are traveling West from Napoleon or Bowling Green
Take US-6 to the west side of Ridgeville Corners
Veer to the Right onto SR-34
Turn right at first stoplight onto US-66 at the Four County Career Center (school)
Proceed into Archbold to 3rd stoplight at Barre Road
Turn right onto Barre Road to Sauder Street (only on left)
Turn left onto Sauder Street
Northwest Products is the first building on the right

If you are traveling South from the Ohio Turnpike, Exit 25
After leaving the tollbooth, turn left (south) onto CR-24
At the stop sign, turn left (East) onto US-20A
At the stop light, turn right (South) onto SR-66
Continue straight through downtown Archbold
Once you cross the railroad tracks, continue several blocks to the first stoplight
Turn left (East) onto Barre Road
Continue to Sauder Street (only on left)
Turn left(North) onto Sauder Street
Northwest Products is the first building on the right

If you are traveling from the North
Take SR-66 into Archbold and continue straight through the downtown
Once you cross the railroad tracks, continue several blocks to the first stoplight
Turn left (East) onto Barre Road
Continue to Sauder Street (only on left)
Turn left(North) onto Sauder Street
Northwest Products is the first building on the right

If you are traveling East from Bryan
Take SR-34 east to SR-66
Turn left at first stoplight onto SR-66 at the Four County Career Center (school)
Proceed into Archbold to 3rd stoplight at Barre Road
Turn right onto Barre Road to Sauder Street (only on left)
Turn left onto Sauder Street
Northwest Products is the first building on the right

If you are traveling from Quadco in Stryker
Turn left onto SR-2 (North) from Quadco (not through Stryker)
In about 7 miles, you will come into Archbold.
Continue to the second stoplight, which is downtown and the end of the street
Turn right onto SR-66
Once you cross the railroad tracks, continue several blocks to the first stoplight
Turn left (East) onto Barre Road
Continue to Sauder Street (only on left)
Turn left (North) onto Sauder Street
Northwest Products is the first building on the right

If you are traveling South on SR-66 toward Defiance
Continue into the city of Defiance
At the courthouse downtown, turn left (East) on Second Street (also SR-18)
Continue east past the hospital to the Plaza marked by the Big!Lots sign
Turn left into the parking lot
The Defiance Center is next to the Big!Lots store on the right

If you are traveling East toward Defiance
Take US-24 east to the SR-66 exit
Turn right onto SR-66 and proceed on into the city.
At the courthouse downtown, turn left (East) on Second Street (also SR-18)
Continue east past the hospital to the Plaza marked by the Big!Lots sign
Turn left into the parking lot
The Defiance Center is next to the Big!Lots store on the right

If you are traveling North toward Defiance on SR-111, SR-66 or SR-15
Proceed into the city to Second Street (also SR-18)
Turn right (East) on Second Street (SR-18)
Continue east past the hospital to the Plaza marked by the Big!Lots sign
Turn left into the parking lot
The Defiance Center is next to the Big!Lots store on the right

If you are traveling West toward Defiance on SR18/281
You will pass the Defiance Power Train plant on your right.
Continue westbound (straight ahead) at the intersection where SR-281 turns North
In two blocks you will see the Krogers and Big!Lots sign
Turn right into the parking lot
The Defiance Center is next to the Big!Lots store on the right

If you are traveling from Quadco in Stryker
Turn right onto SR-2 (South) from Quadco and proceed through Stryker
About 1.5 miles south of Stryker, there will be a stop sign at the intersection of SR-34
Continue straight on SR-191 for about 2 miles to the stop sign at the intersection of US-6
Turn left (East) onto US-6
Continue about 3 miles to the intersection of SR-66
Turn right (South) onto SR-66 and head about 9 miles to Defiance
Continue into the city of Defiance
At the courthouse downtown, turn left (East) on Second Street (also SR-18)
Continue east past the hospital to the Plaza marked by the Big!Lots sign
Turn left into the parking lot
The Defiance Center is next to the Big!Lots store on the right

The SUBWAY® and the Mama DeLuca’s Pizza Now! restaurants, owned and operated by Quadco, are located in Stryker on the south side of the railroad tracks at 200-202 South Defiance Street. They are about 6 blocks south of the main building in Stryker, whose directions are listed above. |
