Program Services

Worker stacking small boxesQuadco Rehabilitation Center offers a variety of programs and services that provide a wide range of opportunities, training experiences and employment. 

Facility Employment Program - workers learn how to complete a variety of jobs for companies throughout the area.

Machine Operation Training Program - participants learn important work skills while operating a number of machines. An emphasis on given to learning to work well with co-workers and supervisors to best prepare for employment success.

Plastic Injection Molding Training Program -
helps individuals learn how to work in the plastics field which has a prevalent number of area businesses.

Food Service Program -
participants experience everything to be prepared for today’s food service operation. Opportunities can be available for training not only at the food service operation at Quadco’s Stryker building, but also at the SUBWAY® Restaurant in Stryker and Mama DeLuca’s Pizza Now! restaurant right next door, both owned and operated by Quadco!

Transitional Work Sites -
give the chance for individuals to join a work crew from Quadco that goes to the sites of local companies and try different jobs.

The Defiance Center - Quadco’s Defiance Center is designed for individuals who want to have an interesting and enjoyable daytime experience. In a cheery, cozy center on East Second Street in the Defiance Kroger Plaza, participants enjoy time together, have interesting speakers, learn about cooking and making fun crafts and go on field trips around the area. Work opportunities are available for about 2 hours a day for those who desire to do production work, when work is available.

Senior Activities Center -
a fun place for seniors as they participate in activities with a group of fellow retirees. They are often on the road visiting interesting places, doing some shopping, checking out bargains at garage sales or working on some creative project.

Classes & Men’s and Women’s Clubs -
offer a chance to learn more about what’s happening in the world and community, to practice good manners and socialize with friends. The clubs often focus on activities suggested by the group.

Transportation Services -
Quadco has buses and vans that travel hundreds of thousands of miles each year to make sure that individuals get a ride to and from their work or program.

Nursing Services -
are provided by a Registered Nurse who supervises the variety of medical services needed for people at the center.
