Everyone who comes to Quadco Rehabilitation Center is referred by an agency who pays for their training and services. Thus, there is no cost to the person receiving services. These agencies include:

Fulton County Board of DD
Henry County Board of DD
Williams County Board of MR/DD
Four County ADAMhs Board
Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission
Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation
Bureau of Services fro the Visually Impaired
Workforce Development Act Boards
Fulton County PRC
